Spinach and strawberry salad

A brilliant recipe for a simple yet sophisticated salad.


  • 500 gr Strawberries
  • 300 gr fresh spinach leaves
  • 200 gr sliced white (peeled) almonds
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • 5-6 drops kaffir lime leaf oil 5%

Wash the spinach leaves and dry them well.

Wash the strawberries and half or quarter them (depending on their size).

Heat a frying pan with 1 teaspoon of oil, add a small dash of salt and carefully fry the almonds over low flame until they are golden brown.

Mix the sauce ingredients in a jar or a bowl.

Mix the sauce with the salad and serve.
